1. Inventory Accuracy & "Prior Sale"

All vehicles displayed in our 100-unit inventory are subject to prior sale. While we strive for real-time accuracy, availability is not guaranteed until a formal deposit is received and confirmed via info@buskocars.com.

2. Pricing & Typographical Errors

BuskoCars reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions. In the event of a technical glitch affecting the listed price, we reserve the right to cancel any inquiries or applications associated with that vehicle.

Texas Law Disclosure: All vehicles are sold "AS-IS" unless otherwise specified in the final bill of sale. Under Texas Law, there is no "cooling off" period; therefore, there is no 3-day right to cancel once the contract is signed.

3. Credit Application Authorization

By submitting a credit application on this platform, you provide express written consent for BuskoCars to conduct a credit pull through our partner lending institutions. This is a secure process protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
